George joined Blues in 1998 in order to set up and establish the Blues Hong Kong buying office and since then has been instrumental in developing the business
 
Prior to joining Blues, George worked for 9 years in a buying and merchandising capacity for a leading UK retailer, Debenhams plc

In 1987 George joined Gallini UK a leading clothing importer and following a successful management buy-out of the business in 1990, set up Graduate Clothing. The new business enjoyed significant growth and in order to gain greater scale was subsequently sold to a larger competitor. His position within the merged business focused on Group Sourcing, eventually moving to Hong Kong in 1996 to manage the Group's buying office.
